They gave me the most amateur person in the room when I consistently pay for a spa pedicure that is at least $20 more than a regular pedicure. Being presented with the most amateur person in the room, she partially scrubbed my feet and messed up the shape of my toe nail. I will never tell anyone what to do but as a woman of color that spends countless amounts of money getting my nails and feet done, this is unacceptable and I promise I will never be here again. Play with your money if you want, but I do not play about mine.

First and last time for me. I went to do a pedicure and was assigned rosa. Her exact words “you complain too much, this exactly why I never want to do this”. Lol all because I asked her if she was gonna clean around my nail bed. She did the pedicure in 15 minutes, it was a rushed sloppy job. Yeah its a no for me!

I hadn’t been in for a while, but I recently walked in for a gel manicure for myself and my daughter—and I’m so glad we did! Even as a walk-in, they took us in quickly with no hassle. The staff took their time with the both of us made sure everything was perfect.The salon was clean, calm, and welcoming. We both love how our nails turned out and felt really well taken care of. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality service and a relaxing experience. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Wonder Nails, particularly with Timmy's behavior. As a loyal customer of almost a decade, I was shocked by his disrespect when I called to report issues with my nail polish bubbling and peeling just a day after application. Instead of listening and apologizing, Timmy yelled at me and told me to wait until the end of his shift to fix it. This ruined my plans for a relaxing Friday afternoon after a long workweek. What's more, the salon's cleanliness has declined significantly, with flies present during my visit. Timmy's lack of basic respect and professionalism has led me to decide that this will be my last appointment at Wonder Nails. It's unfortunate to see a once-trusted establishment deteriorate in quality and customer service.

I've been a loyal customer for 3 yrs but after the way I was treated for asking a nail tech to fix lifting & cracked nails 2 days after my dip mani, I will NEVER come back. The bald guy by the front desk has a very nasty attitude & not all nail techs are qualified! Worst service I've ever received from a nail salon & I've been getting my nails done for over a decade at various establishments. Do NOT book Alex for Dip powder nails. She is very nice & honestly she tried to fix her mistakes but she lacks the skills for proper application and needs more training & practice. PS: I posted pics of the day I got the mani, the chipping 36 hrs later & what Alex "fixed" & sent me home w/2 days later w/nary a care. The same review has been posted on YELP. ******************** Response to business owner: The only way to remedy & address this issue ethically is to have a qualified nail tech fix this dip powder set properly at no extra cost. I'm willing to give you another chance if you are willing to redo this set due to lifting & cracking. I came in 07/28/26, came back 2 days later on the 30th & today 08/03/26, the same right thumb is cracked on the same spot. FYI, the last dated pic shows the same right thumb cracking again. FINAL UPDATE: As of 08/13/2026, I have not received a response from owner regarding fixing dip powder nails...
